Calmare® uses a biophysical rather than a biochemical approach. During treatment, surface electrodes are applied on the skin to send an electrical current that will stop the pain during treatment, and provide on-going pain control and relief through subsequent treatments.

Complimentary training and detailed training manuals will be provided to purchasers of each Calmare Pain Therapy Treatment medical device.

Warning: Only physicians and other healthcare professionals who have received appropriate training and are familiar with the principles, clinical applications, side effects and hazards commonly associated with transdermal pain modulation should administer this treatment.
